HBO Voyeur seizes One Show Design top honor

  Last night, best in show at the 2008 One Show Design awards went to HBO's "Voyeur" installation, a five-minute film projected onto the side of a New York City building that looked as though the exterior wall had been peeled off to reveal the strange and sordid scenes of tenants in their apartments。 The campaign architect, BBDO New York, also picked up a gold pencil for the BBC Cables campaign, a favorite thus far in awards season。
  
  BBDO racked up eight gold, silver and bronze pencils, more than any other global network, with only the New York agency making the gold list。
  
  Leo Burnett claimed six awards, including gold for Indesit Company package design—a shopping bag with a "washing machine" window—from Milan, the Oliver, Patrick & Glenn Grocers' corporate identity from Singapore and the Luxor Highlighters poster campaign from Mumbai。
  
  Ogilvy also won six gold, silver and bronze pencils, with gold going to the network's Mumbai agency for "Plant More Lives" WWF campaign and to Frankfurt for the Mattel "Young Drivers" in-store campaign。 Ogilvy Frankfurt took more awards than any other shop with five total。
  
  Other gold winners include TBWA Paris for Amnesty International "Signatures"and Minneapolis-based Wink for the Goodwell & Company "Daub & Bauble。" And posters made up the remainder of the gold list: from Eric Chan Design for the Hong Kong Gough Street Festival, from JWT South Africa for Jabula Hair and Braids and "The Birds" from Rediffusion DYR for Amway India。
  
  The awards show took place at the Chelsea Art Museum in New York City。
